Kelsey Pierson is an illustrator, artist, and architectural designer.

Her Chinese-Trinidadian heritage heavily inspires her work, focusing on warm narrative, rich-but-considered color palettes, and quiet beauty. Kelsey’s illustration approach is rooted in her architectural background; an iterative process in order to generate conceptual and engaging imagery.

She is drawn to creating studies from life and memory, mixing analog (pencil, oil paint/pastel, gouache, collage) and digital detailing methods.

Kelsey currently lives in Seattle, Washington with her cat, Yue.
